It means your bedrooms and bathrooms are fully set up so you can sleep, shower, and eat comfortably the same day we visit. No hunting through boxes for sheets or towels.
How long does a typical visit take?
It depends on the package. First-Night Ready covers up to 8 crew-hours, Family Functional up to 16, and Whole-Home Reset up to 28. Most homes are done in a single day.
What happens if the crew needs more time?
Additional crew-hours are available at $170/hour. We'll always check with you before going over the package cap — no surprise charges.
Do you donate or throw away my things?
Never without your explicit approval. We'll set aside items you flag and coordinate donation or junk removal only after you confirm. Your belongings, your rules.
Can you shop for essentials I'm missing?
Yes. Our essentials sourcing add-on covers items like drawer organizers, shelf liners, or pantry bins. We work within a budget cap you approve beforehand.
